Shortly after reading this post, I went for a walk with my fiancé and nephews and we found some wild garlic! So serendipitous. Can’t wait to make one of these recipes!

Some great recipes - thank you for sharing! And, I love the Tuscan pici pasta, so simple and beautiful - the essence of Italian cooking ❤️ I keep a jar of wild garlic pesto in the fridge which I layer into lasagne with mozzarella, bechamèl and pecorino romano as another lovely Italian idea for this season.

I’m currently living in my wild garlic era — it literally grows in my backyard, so I’m always on the lookout for new ways to use it. These scones sound absolutely perfect, can’t wait to try them! Thanks for the inspiration!

I really enjoyed reading this! I've never thought about the folklore of wild garlic, so this is such an interesting read.

I love foraging wild garlic. I live in Glasgow by a river and you can smell the garlic when spring comes. It's so fun spotting new shoots whilst walking my dog. She has a habit of peeing on all the patches I want to pick from, so I tend to forage solo!

Knowing that bears also love wild garlic makes me really happy! I'd never considered what other animals would enjoy it.

Thanks for sharing your recipes - my go to is wild garlic pesto, so it'll be fun to try something different this year 🌱

I’m so glad you enjoyed reading it! As it’s such an ancient plant I find the folklore is so interesting! Sounds amazing - I love wild garlic pesto too, but thought I would come up with a few different fun recipes for this post!
